Dugagjin graduated from University of Florida in 2003 Cum Laude with degree in Finance. He moved to New York City and worked at Lehman Brothers in the Capital Markets - Equity Trading desk serving Institutional traders. He moved back to Florida in 2005 and started investing in real estate. He found Grand Capital Advisors in 2007. In the interim he pursued the Professional MBA program at the University of Florida and graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree in late 2007. To further his education in real estate, in 2018, Dugagjin pursued and received a Professional Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dugagjin has extensive hands-on experience in all areas of commercial real estate including Retail, Industrial, Office and Multifamily. He and his team manage third party assets as well as a proprietary portfolio of commercial assets. Dugagjin has a keen interest in technology and is always developing new tools to ease the work of commercial real estate brokers and investors.
